Ungooroo Aboriginal Corporation is seeking an experienced Information Technology
Coordinator to join the team. The Information Technology Coordinator will be the first
point of contact for IT support within the organisation.
This is a permanent part-time role, 3 days per week.
Responsibilities include
- Serve as a first point of contact for IT support within the organisation, providing exceptional internal

customer service.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network

systems.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Working in collaboration with the Chief Technical Officer to ensure the organisation is supported.
- Working in collaboration with external product suppliers to ensure on time delivery of laptops, screens,

iPads and iPhones, and other technological devices as required.
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall

software
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- Consistently be aware of WHS requirements and comply with them

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- 3 Years + experience in an IT outsourcing role
- Australian residency or equivalent work permit.
- Driver’s License & motor vehicle
- Covid 19- Vaccination

Desirable
- Experience working with Medical Practice software
- Experience with Wi-Fi networks
