Industrial Services organisation on track for IPO

This is an ideal opportunity to make an impact in a newly created team with a view to IPO in the medium term. The company has been formed following a recent divestment and provides a range of services to the Industrial, Manufacturing and Resources sector. The next 18 months will be an exciting phase of establishing the corporate framework, processes, procedures and systems that will facilitate a listing on the ASX.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be pivotal in setting up the corporate protocol for reporting, continuous disclosure and governance within the Group function. You will assist with the preparation of half year and annual financial statements and ASX disclosure requirements as well as take ownership of the consolidation and reporting of monthly results for management and statutory purposes. This visible role will require communication and engagement with operating business units to ensure that reporting timetables are met, and to support the ELT in delivering insights, strategic initiatives and value add analysis.
