Reports to the Regional Sales Manager, Endoscopy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.Plan and develop the market for existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.Successfully complete the Endoscopy training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.Work with the broader Endoscopy team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.Serve as the established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff related to Boston Scientific's Endoscopy business.Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in Medical Device Sales is desirable.Prior experience with Endoscopic products is desirable.Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.A good learner with the ability to gain clinical knowledge quickly.Growth mindset—actively seeking feedback, learning from challenges, and continuously improving to drive personal and team success.Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Results focused with a resilient, flexible approach.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Tertiary education in science or business.Why Choose UsGreat Place To Work Certified in 2024 & 2025Best Workplaces for Women in 2024 & 2025Inclusive Employee Resource Groups2 Wellbeing Days per yearDiscounted health insuranceAbility to purchase additional Annual LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramRequisition ID: 612043
