The business, operating out of Roe Hwy Logistics Park in Kenwick and Welshpool, has a distribution model focusing on full load road transport services. We offer a variety of different service offerings to our clients including Express Linehaul, Wharf Cartage, Mining Services, Metro PUD and Waste Haulage.

**Key skills and attributes**:

- **Proficient in interpreting client contractual obligations and LSA's to meet and manage KPI's**:

- **Experience in developing key data dashboards and deliver presentations to Key Stakeholders**:

- **Proven industry experience in managing equipment and people utilisation to a high standard, ensuring % / revenue targets are exceeded.**:

- **Oversee the daily bulk transport requirements ensuring all metro transfer stations are kept within compliance and daily KPI's are achieved.**:

- **Proactive and results driven, including limiting cost and driving revenue for the division.**:

- **Experience in liaising with key customers, and ensure that they are receiving exceptional customer service**:

- **Experience in recruiting, training and utilising staff accordingly for the Waste Services team**:

- **Ability to schedule efficiently and distribute required routes to all team members, including the dispatch, routing and tracking of vehicles.**:

- **Efficiently forecast service and repair work in a timely manner**:

- **Investigate all safety breaches and reporting**:

- **Ensure contemporary information is available for drivers in vehicles, e.g. permits, fatigue laws, contact list etc.**

**Who we're looking for**:

- **Proven track record in managing and developing teams**:

- **High attention to detail**:

- **Proven history of a heavy safety focus and commitment to safe work practices**:

- **Tertiary qualification - Frontline Management or similar preferred**:

- **Transport Industry experience essential**:

- **Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug screen**:

- **MC Drivers Licence (Preferred not essential) must hold valid WA driver's license**
