**What You Will Be Working On**
You'll be at the heart of our administrative operations, managing a diverse range of critical tasks that keep our service delivery running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating service reports and updates with suppliers and subcontractors
- Booking and scheduling maintenance works
- Supporting leadership teams with administrative tasks
- Facilitating communication between customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Supporting the Accounts function with reporting, customer invoicing and ad hoc tasks as required
- Assisting the Facilities team with ad-hoc administration
