As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Werribee Zoo, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a vibrant environment surrounded by wildlife and nature, making each day an adventure. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to visitors, fostering a passion for conservation and sustainability through local and ethically sourced menu options.

**The Position**
- Assist with organising front of house team in the daily operational demands
- Lead a large team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
- Support and supervise the delivery of service & functions
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
- Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices
- Organise rosters as per operational requirements

**The Person**
- An experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor with a passion for exceptional service
- A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
- Barista with high-volume coffee experience
- Previous function and event experience, both intimate and large scale
- Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
