Establishing a Digital Products Strategy

About the Role

The company is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and drive the website strategy and customer experience for the consumer website/s.

The role involves understanding customer needs and business goals, collaborating with developers and technology teams, and stakeholders to drive the best experience for customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and owning the website strategy and roadmap
  • Partnering with cross-functional squads to deliver amazing outcomes
  • Conducting user research, competitor research, and data analysis to understand market and customer pain points
  • Delivering domain strategies, roadmaps, and execution for all consumer-facing websites
  • Managing technical debt and resources
  • Increasing onsite conversion rates, sales, and leads for each business unit
  • Managing direct reports and setting vision, strategy, and OKRs for the team
  • Driving SEO strategy with agency partners to drive quality traffic and conversions
  • Measuring and reporting on team performance

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years in digital, product, and/or customer experience in retail/service-based organisations
  • User experience design, prototyping/wireframing abilities
  • A/B testing principles, agile methodologies, and requirements analysis experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading highly effective teams
  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into products that deliver an exceptional user experience and commercial growth
  • Experience working in retail/service-based organisations embarking on digital transformation
