A competitive Parental Support ProgramDay-to-day responsibilities:Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your storeLead from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the teamEngage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our valuesWhat success looks like in this role:Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teamsA true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic momentsConfidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team membersRequirement of the role:Availability to work late evenings and weekendsMore than skin deep:At MECCA, we're committed to being a force for good – within and beyond the beauty industry.
