Are you ready to elevate your leadership career? We are seeking two passionate Zone Managers (3 IC) to lead our MECCA Albert Park store in VIC on a part-time basis at 20 hours and 15 hours per week.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Support the Management Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
Lead from the front; drive success through effective communication and team development
Engage and motivate your team to meet KPIs and uphold our values

Success in this Role Looks Like:

Experience leading large retail teams successfully
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating MECCA-magic moments
Confidence in providing constructive feedback and coaching team members

Role Requirements:

Availability to work late evenings and weekends
