The Concierge team is responsible for welcoming our customers into to store, creating connections, and championing excellence across all aspects of customer experience.Day-to-day responsibilities:As a Concierge, you will work on full-time and part-time basis.Deliver exceptional customer experiences, create authentic connections, handle complex queries, and manage multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment.Seamlessly connect customers to the wider team across all touchpoints and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Drive customer engagement and loyalty and contribute to store performance by understanding and supporting key KPIs.Stay updated on local events and trends to enhance the customer journey.What you'll bring to the role:Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple appointments in a high-paced retail or hospitality environmentProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, effectively communicating across various touchpointsExperience handling complex interactions and maintaining composure under pressure, with proficiency in using digital platforms for service bookings and transactionsLife as a Concierge at MECCA:World-class education; continuous upskilling with MECCAversity, in store training Work with the latest products from the world's top brandsWork-life balance; permanent opportunities with regular schedulesUp to 40% discount to spoil yourselves and your immediate family, as well as a generous product allowance,subject to company policyParental leave package, including ongoing superannuation payments while on parental leaveMore than skin deep:At MECCA, we're committed to being a force for good – within and beyond the beauty industry.
