What we're looking for:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Previous leadership experience or confidence to step into a leadership role
A genuine love for children, learning, and collaborative teamwork
Applicable certifications in child safety and first aid (or willing to obtain)
Valid WWC Card/up to date Police Check (or willing to obtain)
A big-picture thinker who's also across the details
A team player, go getter, ideas person, great communicator and positive thinker
