MacKillop Catholic College, Warnervale is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Leader of Learning & Teaching: Vocational Education and Training (VET).
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a 2pt Coordinator allowance commencing Term 1, 2026.
The Capability and Enablement Lead K-12 is responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous learning across the College.
This role drives the strategic vision for professional development, talent progression, and instructional leadership to enhance educational outcomes and staff capability.

Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student and staff welfare practices Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community Promote and understand the importance of assessment practice, data analysis and feedback to enhance learning.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.
Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.
