As one of our highly valued Early Childhood Teachers with our Mudgeeraba team, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

At C&K Mudgeeraba Community Kindergarten we have four kindy groups to choose from. All groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year. The groups have a maximum of 22 children and are led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.

Welcome to C&K Mudgeeraba, where your child will feel safe, make friends and belong. We have an open natural learning environment where the children explore and investigate, and extend their learning. Our teachers and educators focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play.

With energy, creativity and a passion for education, you’ll take a hands-on approach to teaching children 6 weeks to 5 years in a play-based learning environment. And as an approachable leader for families, children and your team, you’ll nurture a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

**What you’ll bring**

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional or newly graduated, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
