Discover the Opportunity We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Opal Recycling team as the Operations Manager NSW based at the B9 Botany Paper Mill in Botany, NSW.Reporting into the Business Manager NSW, this will be a key new role for us in our transformation journey in NSW.
A high-impact role leading logistics linked to customer collections, safety, service, and supplier performance across 400,000+ tonnes of recyclables.You will contribute to the success of Opal by:Successfully scaling our contractor network to support business growthEffectively navigating the complexity of a subcontractor-led logistics networkEnsuring there is a laser focus on service reliability, safety and qualityDeveloping and monitoring data to support operational initiatives and optimise outcomesWorking closely with sales to drive stronger collaboration and service-led growthWe are able to offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
