**The Opportunity**:
A permanent full time position is available for a Machinery Operator to join us at our progressive and innovative dairy farm at Gooloogong in the Central West of NSW.

The successful applicant will join our Sustainability and Recycling team, focused on the conversion of waste into valuable resources. This role is involved in the day to day activities associated with waste management including loader operation, manure spreading and waste facility maintenance.

This opportunity provides secure, long-term employment in a safety-driven environment. You will be encouraged and supported to complete National Competency Accreditation in loader and skid steer, and tractor, along with ChemCert accreditation and other training as required.

**About AFMH**

AFMH operates multiple sites across eastern Australia. Dairy operations are located at Moxey Farms in Gooloogong, NSW, as well as Coomboona Farms in Coomboona, VIC. In addition, AFMH operates Ladysmith Farms a young stock operation near Wagga Wagga, NSW.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Operating Hyundai/ Volvo front end loaders and skid steers
- Working to scheduling guidelines
- Operating machinery safely
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- A motivated and positive work ethic with good time management skillsGood communication skills with a strong team spirit and a commitment to attendance and punctuality

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Loader experience
- Good eye for detail
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to protocols and safety standards.
- A current driver's license with access to own transportQ Fever immunity, or must be willing to undertake a Q Fever test and immunisation
