We are currently looking for a **New Vehicle Sales Manager** to join the team at **Ford Narellan.**

**What the role entails**:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the Sale's team.
- Manage and review sales team with regards to monthly sales targets
- Conduct daily and weekly sales meeting with sales' team.
- Assist in the development of advertising work campaigns and other promotions.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-focused sales environment.
- Attend managers meetings as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and build positive workplace relations with all stakeholders.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong understanding of the automotive industry
- 3- 5 years experience working within a Sales role
- Proven automotive sales management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in a sales role, with a proven sales record in meeting KPIs targets
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- C-Class current driver's license
