Reporting into the Customer Support Manager, the Customer Support Administrator is responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service and efficient support of administrative functions for Winning Services Distribution Centres. These functions are the key to seamless communication and planning between Winning Group Sales teams, the DC and our Customers.
**Position Responsibilities**
- Attend to telephone and administration enquiries from internal sales teams, drivers, and other internal stakeholders
- Action all redeliveries, changeovers and special request
- Accurate entry and maintenance of all order/invoice and inventory records for audit purposes
- Entry of stock movements, i.e. receipt, dispatch, returns into Navision ERP system
- Inbound queries and communications for DC, Returns and Receiving teams
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the appropriate and timely management, investigation and completion of all outstanding SROs
- Manage inbound shipment capacities and liaise directly with suppliers to ensure timely bookings
- Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
- Deal with ad hoc customer queries and work through to a resolution, or escalate to Customer Experience as necessary
- General and ad hoc office management and customer service tasks as required
- General delivery scheduling support for commercial teams (bulk deliveries)
- Booking of couriers and customer pick ups
**Qualifications**
- Min 2 years experience in an office administration role within a similar sized business
- High level of data entry experience with customer service/office coordination focus
- Previous experience working with ERP systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction and quality customer service
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Accurate data entry and ability to maintain records
- Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
- Experience in supply chain or distribution administration/support highly regarded
**Key Position Outputs**
- Action all inbound requests that relate to next day delivery, changeover, and redelivery
- Process all outstanding returns paperwork daily
- Daily reconciliation of Driver and DC records
- Achieve a high level of customer service and efficiency for all stakeholders
**Additional Information**
- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm.
- Kemps Creek location.
