The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Support Centre located at our Head office in Fairfield. The role reports into our National Customer Support Centre Manager and will have you provide a high standard of support to both our internal and external customers, process parts orders & National administration functions, ensuring effective and efficient operations for the business while adhering to Komatsu Policies and Komatsu Customer Support Charter Standards.

Roster: Monday to Friday

Role Located: Fairfield, NSW (Onsite Cafe)

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Microsoft Office Package knowledge essential
- Microsoft AX 2012 experience desirable
- SAP, CRM, CTI & Excel Experience desirable (knowledge of a purchasing system is essential)
- Previous parts or mechanical knowledge (Desirable)
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Team focussed with the ability to be involved and interact
