Our role is to provide our stakeholders with a range of services supporting Consumer & Business Lending, Deposit & Wealth Strategic Objectives, and Loan & Deposit Servicing functions.

The Wealth Deposits Team is responsible for the maintenance and growth of the portfolio of on-balance sheet liabilities and funds that are sold through the Cash Solutions division of Wealth and Third-Party Banking. The department operates as a multi-purpose channel that focuses on partner relationships, provides reliable and flexible funding for the Bank, and generates non gap income.

About the role

We currently have a full-time permanent position for a Wealth Deposits Processing Officer to join the team. Reporting into the Manager Accounts and Wealth Deposits you'll be responsible for processing and servicing new and existing accounts. Attention to detail is paramount as you complete transaction processing for customers within required service levels.

This role can be based in our Adelaide or Sydney offices for the 1-2 days that you'll be working in the office, noting that hybrid ways of working are our norm.

About you

**As the Wealth Deposits Processing Officer you'll get to**:
Process all transaction types for Wealth Deposits
Reconcile and balancing of daily transactions
Opening all new accounts
Processing of all administrative requests and maturity requests
Reconciliation of ledgers as required
Meet or exceed all productivity targets and all agreed individual performance targets

**To be successful in the role, you'll have**:
Demonstrated experience in processing, accounts administration, and customer service functions within Banking and Finance
Exceptional attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
The ability to think on your feet with strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with and support a range of stakeholders
High level of computer literacy and numerical skills
Intermediate knowledge across the Microsoft Office suite
Experience using RFSA and BDS is desirable
