Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join ourRedcliffe team.About your new roleWe are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Field service- Leading hand to lead day-to-day workshop operations and deliver high-quality service to our clients.This is your opportunity to bring your trade skills and leadership abilities into a role that offers variety, technical challenge, and the chance to mentor others in a team-focused environment.Your key responsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be responsible for a combination of hands-on technical work and workshop leadership, including:Installing and repairing lubrication, hydraulic, fire suppression and refueling equipment to a high standard.Supervising and allocating tasks to Field service staff to ensure efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.Ensuring all work is completed in line with customer expectations, within agreed timeframes and budget.Providing technical support, mentoring team members and promoting best practices across the field.Maintaining strict compliance with health and safety policies and upholding company values in all interactions.Supporting and mentoring colleagues in Cooper built products and services and collaborating with other key branch personnel.
