Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering quality service to our customers through scheduled maintenance and safety checks.

Your role will play a significant part in the company's growth and success by:

  • Servicing and repairing material handling equipment within a dedicated territory and customer base
  • Managing inventory on your company-allocated service van and at customer sites
  • Gaining experience with Australia's top-tier customer base

You will also participate in an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program, where you will learn new skills and gain hands-on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician (preferred but not essential)
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
