**Description**:
The Regional Airports Manager provides leadership, expertise, and oversight across Star's regional airports. This role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of scorecard targets including safety, operations performance and engagement, while growing Star's regional operations.
**Skills and Experiences**:
You'll be great in this role if you have
A strong track record as an exceptional leader in the aviation industry
Demonstrated experience in delivering scorecard results in complex operating environments
Proven stakeholder engagement management experience to establish strong partnerships and maximise customer advocacy
Safety first mindset, with experience in managing risk and working within an established safety management system
Effective time management skills to manage multiple (and at times conflicting) priorities, whilst delivering the best outcomes for the business
The ability to quickly adapt to change and remain resilient in evolving environments
The ability to travel regularly and at short notice as required.

As a Senior Leader across our Regional Port operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Star Aviation's performance meets and exceeds our Client's expectations. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, optimising our operations and contributing directly to the success of our performance.
This role will be based in SYD, MEL or BNE.
