A high profile government department is looking to appoint an experienced Human Resource Advisor to start immediately. The Power BI Report Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, policy and procedures for use across the Department. You will be offered an initial 12 month Non-ongoing fixed term agreement with the view to be extended.

**You will be involved in the following but not limited to**:

- Provide logístical HR support to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with relevant legislation, departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide legislation and policy guidance on industrial relations, recruitment, workforce safety and wellbeing, workforce management and succession planning as relevant.
- Support provision of advice on dispute resolution processes related to the workplace legislation and policy.
- May support internal investigations, compile evidence on workplace grievances and issues.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with the government sector is preferable.
- Experience working with one or more of the following IT systems easySAP, SAP GUI, GovTeams, SharePoint, HPE Records Manager)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong Strategic thinking, risk and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Problem analysis and problem solving skills
