Our Plant Manager in Virginia will be responsible for setting, and implementing the long term strategy and vision for the site. Within the scope of this role, there will also be accountability for Maintenance, Safety, Quality, People and Cost.

Our Plant Manager in Virginia is responsible for leading our largest facility with the team consisting of approximately 700 people, as well as overseeing all operational site activities

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Full accountability for achievement of volumes and production efficiency targets
- Oversight of all safety programs on site
- Achievement of quality and food safety KPIs
- Financial performance to target
- Manage and drive a continuous improvement culture
- Actively participate in the Supply Chain Leadership team
- Compliance to all internal and external standards and policies
- Team leadership - providing coaching, and performance management to the site leadership team

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- At least 5 years of Plant Leadership experience
- Strong track record of leadership of large teams, including demonstrated experience in setting the tone from the top, culture change, and positive employee and union relations
- Degree qualified in Management, Engineering or a related science field
- Food Manufacturing Industry accreditation
