**About Role**
- Assist Security in the day to day running of the Control Room, including the issuing of keys, CCTV camera operation, lighting systems and swipe card access.
- Manage Car Park's daily operations, ensuring all RAC Arena policies, procedures and standards are met.
- In consultation with the Manager, develop requirements and procedures to continually enhance Security and Car Park services.
- In consultation with the Manager, develop RAC Arena security procedures and policies concerning strategic and tactical goals in line with evolving national/international political events.
- Manage team members - staff performance, rostering, training and development.
- Ensure that building security is maintained at all times and the venue security, fire systems and CCTV systems are monitored at all times.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a diversified career in Security (or related field) showcasing both operational and administrative duties
- Excellent knowledge of State Legislation concerning Police Service Act & Regulations, Security Industry, Liquor Industry.
- Ability to manage work and time effectively in order to respond to unpredictable demands in a dynamic work environment
- Software: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and computer skills
- Sound communications, administrative and organisational skills
- Current WA Security Licence, First Aid Licence, RSA Certificate, Driver License (desired)

Due to the nature of the Industry, you may be required to carry out your duties in line with event requirements, which can fall over a seven (7) day period from Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays. There may at times be a requirement for you to be available for contact outside of usual working hours. **APPLICATIONS CLOSE 13 OCTOBER 2024**
