The Facility Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of strategic asset maintenance management and compliance for a leading medical centre car park. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering proactive, corrective, and planned maintenance strategies and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Leading daily car park operations, encompassing maintenance, cleaning, equipment performance, security integration, and customer service excellence.
  • Managing staff rosters, resolving HR issues on-site, and maintaining requisite clearances.
  • Ensuring full compliance with performance standards, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Qualifications in Building Services, Facility Management, or Asset Management at tertiary level.
  • Experience in Operations Management of diverse social infrastructure projects.
  • Thorough understanding of ISO 55000 principles and their effective translation into operational environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
