We pride ourselves on our strong work ethic, exceptional customer service, teamwork, and our fantastic work culture.The OpportunityThe key responsibilities of your role include:Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the client service leadership team, including document preparation, data entry, and workflow coordination.Client Communication: Assist in managing client interactions across email, phone, and internal platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.Reporting & Materials: Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and other materials to support service delivery and engagement.Meeting Coordination: Organise and support meetings, track follow-ups, and help manage service delivery timelines and milestones.Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal procedures and compliance standards.Communications Management: Support the management of social media channels and internal/external company communications.Office Administration: Perform general office duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.About youIf you're enthusiastic and driven by administration and client service excellence, pride yourself on your relationship and teamwork skills and are keen to continue your career in the industry, then we want to hear from you
