About the role

The Program Manager - Development & Impact plays a key role in providing day to day leadership & coordination of business development initiatives and funding proposals across both the humanitarian and development funding streams, working closely with partners and technical colleagues to ensure that high-quality, compliant and competitive proposals are submitted.

With a good understanding of program design processes, donor engagement and funding mechanisms, the Program Manager Development and Impact will coordinate and support business development efforts across the business development cycle including implementation of a Business Development strategy, helping to ensure Act for Peace is well-positioned with potential donors' partners. Working closely with the colleagues in the Partnerships and Program Department the Program Manager Development and Impact will also support partnership and program cycle management with delegated partners and establish and build strong and effective working relationships with donors and key stakeholders.
