**About the team**
The Funding, Policy and Reform team is responsible for leading the review of the Disaster Assistant Guidelines (DAG) as well as implementation reforms required to address the findings of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) Review, including leading change to strengthen funding administration capability for DAG and DRFA measures within the Reconstruction Authority, rather than the decentralised approach presently.

**About the role**

We are seeking a Manager DRFA Change and Reform to lead the implementation of change frameworks, tools, and plans within the DRFA program.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing change initiatives that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance. You will lead the design and execution of change management frameworks and communication strategies, ensuring that projects, programs and operational changes are executed smoothly.

**We are looking for a manager with**:

- **Change management expertise**: with proven experience designing, implementing, and managing change management frameworks and strategies.
- **Communication and stakeholder engagement**: the ability to engage stakeholders, build relationships and manage resistance to change.
- **Critical thinking**: ability to think strategically while also managing the practical, day-to-day aspects of change.
- **Project Management**: experience in project planning and delivery, with a focus on ensuring that change initiatives are executed on time and within scope.
