With their Head Office in Cannon Hill, our Client is a business which spans marketing, technology. communication, design and fulfilment so as to give their customers exceptional results. This role is part of the Shared Services Team, which provides Finance, IT, Human Resource & Administrative support to our Client's various entities in an efficient, professional and timely manner ensuring the continuing growth of the company as a whole.

**What will you be doing?**

The HR Administrator is responsible for offering entry level guidance and support on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between staff and management.
- Developing, maintaining and updating policies, the company's handbook and procedures;
- Coordinate the performance review process;
- Maintain personnel records, updating job descriptions and employment contracts;
- Respond to day to day enquiries;
- Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion;
- Source training providers and provide administrative support to the Training & Development process;
- Inducting new staff members at the Head Office facility; &
- Provide administrative support to the WH&S function.

- A friendly and confident approach;
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise;
- Continue to gain knowledge in HR best practice;
- Ensure the Client's best interests and needs are met while simultaneously offering support and advice on staff matters; &
- Tertiary qualification in HR &/or experience in a similar position.
