Our Company: Faethm by Pearson is an augmented analytics platform that provides scenario-driven predictive analytics on the impact of external trends on the workforce. Our SaaS AI-driven capability is the world's data source for navigating external impacts like AI/ robotic technologies, the evolution of work, and Covid-19 on the workforce. Our data, analytics, and insights help clients evaluate the impact of these trends on any economy, industry, organization, or job to suggest viable transition pathways for impacted employees into 'future proof' career pathways.
The Role: We are looking for a driven Product Manager to help us build a world-class user-centric organization with a huge impact at an unprecedented scale. You will be coming into the highly successful team to take the lead on one of our key products in the HR / EdTech space. This is a greenfields product that you and your cross-functional squad will drive the strategy, development, adoption, and success measures.
What you will do:
- Inform and shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product using data, customer, and market insights
- Define and own success measures for your product, constantly keep track of how your product delivers on business objectives
- Understand the needs of your users, and continuously optimize their experience in a hypothesis-driven way
- Translate customer feedback and discovered problems into value-enhancing features
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to build new functionality in an agile way
- Manage product backlog and sprint priorities including creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Advocate for your product, and present your roadmap and product enhancements to prospects, customers and internal stakeholders
To be successful in this role you'll have:
- 3+ years experience in product management delivering digital products end-to-end.
- Ability to communicate the vision and define the strategic direction for your product based on customer needs and business goals at hand.
- Ruthless prioritization skills - balancing solving the customer problem and delivering the minimum product that allows a team to ship, learn and iterate.
- Experience working in a fast-paced / startup environment; ability to keep a laser focus on your objectives and deliver value in a measured, structured way.
- Knowledge of how software is built and how technical architecture fits together.
- High energy, outcome-driven team player with a positive attitude. You're curious, creative, and like to solve difficult problems.
Definitely an added bonus, if you have:
- Experience building B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with the HRTech space and concepts such as strategic workforce planning, employee development, L&D.
- Exposure to data science workflow and how AI / ML can deliver customer outcomes from concept to execution.
- Experience crafting and measuring success with OKRs.
