**The Opportunity**
As a Credit Analyst within our APAC Mobility team, you'll be at the forefront of driving data-driven credit strategies that contribute to the growth and success of our business. Reporting to the Head of Risk Asia Pacific, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, utilizing your analytical expertise to enhance our credit risk processes. This hybrid role based in Melbourne offers flexibility and the chance to work in an innovative environment that values high performance, agility, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Credit Risk Management**:Take ownership of the end-to-end credit management function, utilizing your analytical skills to make dynamic decisions that drive business performance and mitigate risk.
- **Insight Generation**: Proactively generate insights to identify opportunities for improvement in key credit metrics, contributing to an innovative approach that keeps us ahead in a competitive market.
- **Collaboration**: Engage with diverse, cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, ensuring that credit risk strategies are aligned with our dynamic business objectives.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Provide timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on credit KPIs, ensuring that our processes are both innovative and aligned with best practices.

**What You'll Bring**
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is desirable.
- Proven experience in credit management with a demonstrated ability to adapt and innovate in dynamic environments.
- Strong financial analysis skills coupled with the ability to think creatively and develop new approaches to credit risk management.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and experiences.
