**The Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Groundsperson to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the grounds of the College. This position is responsible for ensuring that the College grounds are kept neat, tidy, safe, and hygienic, while contributing to the overall beautification and safety of the environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and visually appealing environment.

Working Hours: Mon to Wed, Fri, 7.00 am to 3.00 pm; Thurs 6.30 am to 3.00 pm

**About you**
- Certificate III in Horticulture, Greenkeeping or Nursery Hand Experience Preferred.
- Experience in mowing, trimming plants, hedging, and using related machinery and chemicals.
- ACDC Certificate advantageous.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Blue card (working with Children).
