**The team & opportunity**:
Downers Energy & Utilities business are seeking a highly experienced **Assurance Lead**to join our team within Power Projects. Your objective in this position is to provide effective on-going implementation of the business assurance program and drive the development, execution and monitoring of capability documents in line with set business standards.
- Some key responsibilities include: _
- Monitor implementation and mentor the project to ensure the Quality Management Plan criteria is achieved.
- Monitor the effectiveness of quality assurance and quality control for the project.
- Premobilisation audits ensuring systems are implemented prior to work being performed.
- Perform scheduled mobilisation and ongoing quarterly audits.
- Audit results recorded, and findings addressed through action.
- Document development, and ongoing review.

You will have the ability to implement, drive and maintain consistency which will assist in achieving your purpose and targets within this role. Above all you will have a high level of efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
- Tertiary qualifications in quality management or similar and auditing.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within a similar role, preferably in a large organisation with a diverse workforce.
- Knowledge in and working with ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001.
- Experience working with integrated management systems, auditing and capability documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at senior levels.
