As part of the Quanta Services Group, a Fortune 300 Company, Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is an industry leader in utility and renewable high-voltage power solutions. We specialise in the design, construction, commissioning and maintenance of high voltage infrastructure such as transmission substations, wind farms and battery storage systems.

The pipeline of work is secured and will be there for decades to come.

The Opportunity

As one of our Leading Hands, you will work on industry-leading projects across the greater Sydney area and/or regional New South Wales. You will be rewarded with excellent working conditions under our enterprise agreement and have the opportunity to work on high-voltage substation projects that are contributing to Australia's renewable energy future.

Leading Hands will join a great team culture as part of our onsite construction teams and work collaboratively to deliver these major projects safely, on time and within budget.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
NSW Electrical License
Sound knowledge of HV equipment
Prior experience as a Leading Hand or managing an onsite team.
Previous experience in the utility or industrial industry
Although not essential, experience in substations, HV switching, HV testing, construction and maintenance will be highly regarded
