Our Client - a Federal Government Department is looking fir a Test Lead with experience around reporting platforms. This is a long term contract for 14 months with an option for extension.

**The requirements for the role**:

- Ability to work in matrix organisation with ability to meet objectives of program and testing services at same time.
- Excellent knowledge of ALM, JIRA for extracting information and building reports
- Develop and implement test framework for test metrics and reporting.
- Establish, support, and manage the test and reporting tool suite(s).
- Manage and deliver the integration of test management tool(s) to other reporting systems as part of a holistic reporting effort.
- Mange the delivery the adoption of consistent and accurate test metrics, reporting standards and dashboards across the enterprise.
- Prepare and present newly developed frameworks to the Leadership team for endorsement.
- Educate and coach delivery teams in adopting the new test metrics and reporting standards.
- Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc test governance reports suitable for an audience that spans all levels of the enterprise.
- Ensure that test metrics and reporting mechanisms support appropriate decision-making information for testing teams, internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and manage an improvement backlog for metrics and reporting outcomes.
- Supporting and collaborating with defect & test managers to ensure that the capturing and reporting of testing metrics follow reporting standards and guidelines.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Previous commercial experience as Test Lead. (5 years)
- Passion and experience for turning data into actionable insights
- Strong experience in visual storytelling, dashboards, and reporting templates
- Broad experience in improving stakeholder communication via metrics and dashboards.
- Strong experience as a Metrics & Reporting Support Analyst
- Strong experience as a Lifecycle Test Tooling Specialist
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with testing reporting tools
- Experience managing, configuring, and generating reports/dashboards using tools such as ALM and JIRA/Confluence
- Experience with identifying and integrating data sources into reporting tools including as Sharepoint and PowerBI.
- Experience within test landscapes that include many integrated systems, various stakeholders, and multiple vendor teams.
- Ability to work across different delivery models (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
- Strong experience working with Stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor team members.
- Experience with developing a continuous improvement culture and actively driving opportunities.
- Baseline Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
