This is a great opportunity for school leavers or gap year students looking to gain valuable work experience

**The Role**:
In this hands-on role, you'll be supporting both our retail and delivery operations. You'll assist customers in-store, help with deliveries, and ensure that our store runs smoothly. It's an exciting, varied role that allows you to develop practical skills in customer service, retail, and logistics, with on-the-job training provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Assist customers in-store by providing product information and recommendations, helping them find exactly what they need.
- **Delivery Support**: Safely deliver plumbing supplies to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- **Store Assistance**: Help maintain an organized, clean store by stocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring displays are well-presented.
- **General Office Support**: Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as processing deliveries and managing paperwork.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our friendly team to keep things running smoothly and provide excellent service.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A friendly, positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- A valid Australian driver's license (for the delivery duties) and a clean driving record.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as part of your daily tasks.
- Previous experience in retail, delivery, or customer service is a bonus, but not required.
