We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Team Member to join our busy dessert shop team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and able to work well under pressure.

A key responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer has an enjoyable experience in our dessert shop.

The main duties of the Junior Team Member include:

- Taking orders and preparing food and drinks for customers
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the shop at all times
- Assisting with stock management and restocking shelves as needed
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive atmosphere in the shop

**Key Requirements:**

- Ability to work on weekends and varying shifts

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
