Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Policy Officer within the Policy and Innovation Division. This role contributes to the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of policy frameworks and related arrangements to support the achievement of the Department's strategic and operational objectives.

Working with various stakeholders, including policy owners, the role ensures policy arrangements are consistent with Departmental frameworks, reflect better practice and are implemented in a manner that promotes broad awareness and understanding of corporate policies and compliance obligations.

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC's social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
