**About Us**

Terra Mining are a dynamic leader in Western Australia's mining sector, which rapidly expanding its portfolio of projects across the region.

As we embark on new ventures and continue to grow, we have achieved the role as the primary mine operator at Extension Hill, situated 270km southeast of Geraldton.

The remarkable achievements at this site so far have sparked an increase in our operational demands which will now include the crushing operations out there. With this new addition to the project, we will be seeking an experienced **Crushing Superintendent** to join the Terra Mining team.

**About the Position**

Reporting to the Crushing Manager, this role will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the operation of the crushing operations at the crushing plant.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include but not be limited to
- Manages daily performance of the crush team
- Maintains inventory of supplies to ensure efficient crush operations
- Collect, record and analyse crush plant data to optimize efficiencies and product quality
- Ensures safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Assisting crushing crew members when needed

**What we are seeking**

A crushing leader who is motivated and values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates.
- Previous experience in a crushing processing plant as a supervisor or manager
- Possess current Supervisor WHS SRMS certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of mine site safety procedures.
- Positive attitude to teamwork and motivating their crews
- Hold current nationally accredited operating tickets
- A positive attitude to teamwork and eagerness to learn new skills.
- A valid Australian drivers licence.

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
