**Job Description**

Terra Mining is a leading mining company in Western Australia, rapidly expanding its portfolio of projects across the region.

We are seeking experienced Crushing Plant Operators to join our team at Extension Hill, situated 270km southeast of Geraldton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the crushing plant and producing to a high standard.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Operating the crushing plant
• Ensuring the plant is operational and identifying any mechanical faults
• Liaising with Crushing Superintendents to confirm production targets
• Assisting crushing crew members when needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience operating crushing screening processing plants
• A positive attitude to teamwork and eagerness to learn new skills
• Strong knowledge of mine site safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills working as part of a team
• A valid Australian driver's license

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
