Full time permanent position, based in Oakleigh
- Develop and maintain a responsive and efficient logistics operation.
- Focus on delivering the best outcome for customers.

**As a Logistics Coordinator you will**:

- Oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of incoming and outgoing goods & ensuring quality controls are adhered to and timeframes met.
- Monitor storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels.
- Provide backup assistance to the Site Manager.
- Review and investigate sources of supply to maximise efficiency in terms of delivery times and develops alternatives where necessary.
- Commit to working within Endeavour Foundation's Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures and contribute to our aspiration of Zero Harm in the workplace.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Logistics experience
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment would be highly regarded
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fork lift ticket (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Warehouse Management (desirable)
