**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:
My client is a global consulting firm that has spent nearly 3 decades utilising the disruptive power of technology and ingenuity to help digitally enable their clients' businesses.
**ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE**:
- Lead the planning and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Work with business stakeholders to analyse the business processes, requirements and translate them into functional design and specifications.
- Configure, customise and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions according to the project requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:
- Deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Experience with configuring, customising and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Ability to analyse business processes, requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, training and documentation skills.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and configuring Power Pages portals are considered a significant advantage.
**SALARY PACKAGE**:
