The Executive Support Officer's role is to provide high-level confidential support to the three Directors within the Water Security and Resilience division, including the Director - Water Infrastructure Projects, Director
- Water Security Policy and Director - Resilience and Emergency. and project administrative support across these Policy and Program teams.

The role is suited to a highly organised person with a strong service delivery focus, able to prioritise tasks and conflicting workloads ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality standards and applies discretion particularly in relation to confidential and sensitive matters.

**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**
- Prior experience in providing executive support is strongly desirable

**This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.**
