Executive Support Officer

The Executive Support Officer plays a vital role in providing administrative and executive support to Committees established by the Legislative Council.
This includes assisting in preparing various draft written documentation, maintaining the Committee's website, developing and maintaining records, and providing support in planning for meetings, public hearings, and travel requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, with high-level proficiency in coordinating meetings, travel, agendas, minutes, and maintaining accurate record systems. They will thrive in a dynamic and flexible environment, enjoy working autonomously to tight timeframes, and collaborating with a small team.
A strong communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills is required to create effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. The successful applicant will be able to maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues and act with tact and diplomacy.
