**TEN Recruitment **are currently working alongside a successful and sizeable civil contractor to search for an experienced
**Systems Officer**. This fulltime, permanent position would see you working closely with stakeholders and utilising the organisations latest technology to provide a high level of administrative assistance to the wider team.

**Your responsibilities may include, but won't be limited to**:

- Take part in occasional project site visits with key stakeholders to provide support.
- Provide support during the administration and implementation of training for IT systems utilised by the organisation.
- Conduct system user acceptance testing of pre-developed products.
- Coordination of training and upskilling for both new and current personnel
- Maintenance IT equipment such as laptops, phones, computers and site servers by issuing, returning and following up items.
- Support the regional administration of IT, SharePoint and MyJob Helpdesks and assist with any queries.
- Promote awareness and provide non-technical systems training.
- Previous experience within the building and construction industry.
- Proven experience in an end user support position will be highly desirable.
- Proficient use of IT with a sound knowledge of information systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including professional written and verbal communications.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a variety of new technology.
- Previous experience within an administrative position will be highly regarded.
