**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

- **Workforce Planning**: Scheduling and training a team of 5-7 employees based on workload and anticipated volumes using established data and metrics.
- **Operational Performance**: Tracking and maximising workflow and work units per hour using data, reporting and metrics; Ensuring SOP compliance.
- **Administrative Duties**:Ensuring all admin duties are completed on a daily basis. Safety compliance according to company policies. Supporting all established policies.
- **Team Leadership**: Coming to work each day for your twam. Supporting your team through coaching and providing leadership with the highest integrity.
- **IT Staging**: Working with Sales to stage and program security equipment.
