About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. The role includes:

- Understanding the daily and weekly workload and tasks required of the warehouse and delegate tasks to each team member
- Follow up on completion of tasks and provide feedback
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
- Oversee the picking & packing customer orders using RF scanning guns
- Inspection and quality control of products prior to dispatch
- Unloading & loading of couriers
- Unloading & palletising stock from shipping containers
- Re-organizing the warehouse periodically
- Labelling and repacking of products
- Stocktakes
- Ensuring WH&S and company policy are maintained in all activities
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
- You are positive and energetic
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing work tasks
- You are positive and energetic
