**About the Role**
Join the Global Supply team as a Product Delivery Manager, responsible for optimizing car integrations and end-to-end processes. You'll ensure seamless supplier connectivity through the front-end systems. Your key responsibilities involve gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, capturing comprehensive business processes, and collaborating closely with internal and external teams. By identifying impacts, conducting ROI analysis, and planning future roadmaps, you'll play a vital role in enabling the successful merchandising and publication of all products on the front-end B2B and B2C systems.

**About You**
- Business analysis experience in a complex, tech-dependent global setting
- Proficiency in APIs and troubleshooting associated issues
- Skill in simplifying complex concepts, providing recommendations considering opportunity and risk
- Understanding of UX design principles and their alignment with software development
- Ability to think critically and engage with technical analysts, architects, and developers
- Experience with travel products is necessary
- Capability to define roadmaps, prioritize, and manage product workstack
- Effective communication and translation of business needs into documented requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Preferred experience in the travel industry, but not required

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Capture and document software requirements and user acceptance criteria from both front-end and API perspectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to contribute to end-to-end delivery activities, such as scope definition, estimation approvals, solution reviews, QA output, training, and release notes.
- Support the contribution of Supply PM&E packaging products to the profitable growth of our divisions and brands.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product, including its value proposition, key features, user journeys, business goals, and KPIs.
- Efficiently manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on evolving requirements.
