As a Product Delivery Specialist within the Global business, you will be primarily focused on managing integrations and overseeing end-to-end processes. Your responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, capturing comprehensive business processes, and working closely with internal and external teams. The main objective of your role is to ensure seamless merchandising and publication of all products through front-end B2B and B2C systems, enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Day to day**:

- Engaging and communicating effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Documenting and formulating software requirements and user acceptance criteria, focusing on both the front-end and API aspects.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external teams to contribute to various stages of project delivery, such as defining scope, approving estimations, conducting solution reviews, ensuring quality assurance, providing training, and preparing release notes.
- Assisting Supply PM&E in packaging products to contribute to the profitable growth of the companies' divisions and brands.
- Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of our product, including its value proposition, primary features, user journeys, business objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Effectively managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on evolving requirements.

**Your previous experience**:

- Business analysis within a complex, technology-dependent global organization
- Proficiency in working with APIs, including troubleshooting related issues
- Proven track record of simplifying and summarizing intricate or ambiguous concepts, accompanied by recommendations that consider both opportunities and risks
- Understanding of UX design principles and their alignment with software development
- Critical thinking abilities and effective communication with technical analysts, architects, and developers

This is a one-year contract and the salary on offer is circa $115k package
